How long does shipping takes?

Australian deliveries typically arrive within 2–7 business days. New Zealand deliveries generally take 5–10 business days.

Depending on availability, some orders may be fulfilled from our international warehouses, in which case delivery may take approximately 7–15 business days. All timeframes are our best estimates.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return an item?

Yes. We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and returned in original condition, including the original watch box, packaging, manuals, warranty cards, protective materials and any accompanying documentation. All returns are carefully inspected prior to approval.

This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Who covers return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service for all returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout Australia and New Zealand, and to select international destinations.

If you are located outside Australia or New Zealand and wish to place an order, please contact us at contact@watchbay.com.au and we will gladly advise whether delivery to your country is available.

International delivery timeframes vary by destination. Customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.

If you have not received tracking information within a few business days, please contact us at contact@watchbay.com.au.

What if my package is lost?

If a parcel is delayed, please refer to your tracking link for the latest updates.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address.

What are your shipping costs?

Within Australia, we offer complimentary insured shipping on orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 incur a flat shipping fee of $20.

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of AUD $22.

Shipping to other international destinations is calculated at checkout based on location and courier rates.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly extended. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

What if I entered an incorrect address?

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, WatchBay is not responsible for deliveries made to the address provided at checkout.

How will my watch be packaged?

All watches are carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Are shipments insured?

All orders are fully tracked, and eligible shipments are insured during transit for added peace of mind.
